SAER ELETTROPOMPE S.p.A. was founded by Carlo Favella in 1951 in Guastalla, Reggio Emilia, Italy, and remains an Italian manufacturer of pumps and motors with production fully based in Italy. SAER grew from a small workshop serving agricultural pumping applications into a global company with product lines covering clean water pumps, wastewater pumps, submersible pumps, in-line pumps, split casing pumps, multistage pumps, motors, control panels, and inverters. Its products serve industrial, municipal, agricultural irrigation, marine, mining, oil and gas, HVAC, reverse osmosis, and water treatment applications. SAER currently offers more than 800 pump types, around 900 versions, 6 automated production plants, more than 240 employees in Italy, and exports to 100 countries worldwide.
